The A1 Grand Prix – powered by Ferrari – was a single-make open-wheel formula racing series where competing teams represented their nations.
Despite a deadline of only two weeks and inevitable last minute driver line up changes, the A1GP required a comprehensive Media Guide – outlining information on the cars, circuits, teams and drivers for 25 national teams – to be ready for journalists in time for pre race press conferences.
“Gathering the information was a long process leaving little time for design and printing. AdStorm pulled the proverbial rabbit out of the hat by making sure the guides were delivered on the day the first media centre opened for the opening round. The guides were well received by the teams and journalists and the design was flexible enough to cope with the ever evolving driver line up!” said Nikki Rooke, who was responsible for the production of the Media Guide client-side.
“Our media guide – designed specifically to meet journalists needs – set standards in the industry and we made the seemingly impossible possible with overnight delivery of the guide in time for the first race in the Netherlands,” said Andy Frost, AdStorm Director.
